The center got a request from the Government
of Thailand for accepting
two trainees of
its officials from 24 October
through 4 November,
2016.
In the training, visitors took several lectures
on topics including the overview of fisheries
in Gifu Prefecture, inland fishery systems,
management of ayu resources, techniques for
producing feminized ayu, and aquaculture
techniques for trout and catfish as well
as participated in practical training for
the cultivation of immature ayu sperm, and
collection and fertilization of trout eggs.
Furthermore, we exchanged information concerning
inland fisheries between each other. |
